  2. Sign a 2-page purchase contract. We can fax, email, or mail it to you.
  3. Closing takes place through a licensed title company.
  4. You get your money. We can wire it or give you a check.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us. We will walk you through the process and We Do All The Work, so you don't have to!
